 Fleetwing for Sale

Fleetwing at anchor showing the full enclosure
NOTE: Hoolie, our dog, does NOT come with the boat

It’s with great sadness that we put Fleetwing on the market. She’s been a wonderful boat for us the last 21 years. She’s never let us down, always dependable, but will make a great boat for the next owner. Fleetwing has evolved over the years with adds to make it perfect for ICW and coastal cruising.

Fleetwing is a 2004 Beneteau 423 sailboat with a 55 hp Volvo engine that travels 7.3 kts at 2300 rpm on the ICW. Sure, it can also cover ground quickly by going off-shore but you want a sailboat that can comfortably travel the ICW too. Features include:

  • Two cabins and two heads. The forward cabin has a separate shower stall.
  • A full enclosure for the cockpit. Travel in comfort on the fall migration south with a solar heated enclosure. You’ll pass other boats with crew huddled in jackets while you’re in shirtsleeves.
  • Two A/C units provide heating and cooling
  • a 11 gallon hot water tank heated by either the engine (when running) or from AC
  • Kohler 6kw Genset
  • Three burner LPG stove with oven
  • Microwave
  • Large freezer and attached refrigerator.
  • With a 56 ft high mast, you’ll never worry about clearing a 65 ft fixed bridge on the ICW, no matter the storms raising the water level.

Big gust? No problem, the 423 digs in and stays on course.
